Description: District-supported, 2-year, coed. Part of Los Angeles Community College District System. Awards certificates, diplomas, transfer associate, and terminal associate degrees. Founded 1929. Setting: 42-acre urban campus. Total enrollment: 25,000. Students come from 52 states and territories, 43% Hispanic, 12% black, 19% Asian American or Pacific Islander, 62% 25 or older. Core.
